15 Random questions - What is your take?
Sunday, April 29, 2012
You catch sleep or the sleep catches you?
You close your eyes
and squeeze your thinking neurons a bit; the happenings of the day flash like a
blinding fluorescent chain of lights. The sequences start blending with one
another so perfectly that the intervening lines get voided, with no realization
of the same. The period of wakefulness had fatigued enough to be wanting to
rest in coffin; the coffin of shredded hopes, rummaged beliefs and crushed
spirit. You gradually direct your optical focus to the liquid crystal display
of your television set and the pixels start turning into howling circles of
peppy colors.
The night is so
unpredictably exaggerated; it has an ocean of subtle emotions waiting to be
touched and aroused. That is one of the very important reasons why we have
programmed ourselves to go into a numb state of mind as soon as the black
blanket covers the Mother Nature. The darkness is asphyxiating for its obvious
appearance and freeing for its occult power. The equations seem weirdly
unsolvable because they are not seen with the relevant perspective; problem
doesn't lie in the mystifying nature of the equations that waft from the night,
problems lie in the unenlightened states of mind that lack the knowledge,
courage and insight to address the equations properly and solve them altogether.
Finally the
ultimate happens. The centers of wakefulness in your brain are forced to
experience a temporary death and you sulk in your bed with limp limbs. They say
this programming is to get your body the required invigoration; I feel it has
more to it than what we fathom by our gullible eyes. The sleep is the order of
the nature; an order of the magnitude that it can cost you a life if you don't
fall in the line of abiding slaves. Have you ever realized that the night
shields a lot of conspiracies of nature from us by making us attain a forced
hypnotic state?

Celebrate the chaos
Chaos is lunatic.
Chaos is castaway. Chaos is calamitous. Chaos leaves you prostrate and
portentous. Chaos is conundrum. Chaos is nauseatingly repulsive. Chaos is a
farrago of unrestrained, undesired and unbalanced happenings.
So many bats in the
belfry and you look aghast; make merry, for you have a chance to witness the
will of the energy particles if you are enlightened enough to observe
diametrically. The ordinary souls would make a faux pas in the vicinity of
uncontrollable chaos; the eccentric and erudite souls would learn the nature's
modus operandi in every little happening that has a complex crux. Nature loves
its progeny and every atom is destined to travel a trajectory for a cause.
Chaos wraps the covert, final motive with a curtain of disillusionment.
The appreciation of
chaos in the adversarial light lies in the cankerous creaks of cerebral sulci;
we have programmed our gap junctions to label any stimulus as an awful occurrence
if it is not too obviously a pleasant one. Chaos is acerbic for the
incognizant; chaos is the magic potion for the souls willing to experience
transcendence.
Chaos is the
corner-stone of codification. Chaos incarnates occult equilibrium. Give a
tender embrace to the chaos; for in its disorderly lanes your neurons may get a
chance to cruise a new trajectory and fathom the relevancy of life.
Chaos epitomizes
freedom. Chaos is something closest to death. Chaos is something closest to
life. The legend of chaos lies in its stupefying and orderly power, programmed
to give birth to ecstatic equilibrium.
Welcome the chaos;
in the confusing canals of chaos lie the kernel of life, waiting to be
discovered.

Nothing is a Myth.
As I write this I put enormous faith on the interdependent nature of energy and mass. Whatever happens, holds a good reason behind for its occurrence. What I have gathered through years of my interaction with people and my real-life experiences is that nothing happens just for the heck of it. We explore, sometimes quite deep inside, to find the truth and then dig deeper to find its origin and relevancy. However, most of us miss the essentially stubborn point, that is, after a certain level, everything is as complex as a ‘zero’. Nature is born with a mind and its rules know no other path than the one that establishes its supremacy.
We are all born with our energy fields and live them. In the processes of life, we tend to maneuver our energy fields a lot. A truth is a truth to the person whose energy field is compatible with it, for the other person it may be false, or between the shades of truth and false. You challenge the highest authority; you challenge yourself and the fun is not in discovering a greater force than you. The fun is in realizing that the biggest powerhouse dwells in your own very DNA. Legends are not created when the energy fields assume mammoth proportions so as to evoke mass reaction, that too in a sustainable and reassuring way. A myth is something that doesn’t exist; it’s a relative reality of the mind whose energy fields bear self-doubts.
You are the light and you are the shadow. You have the capacity to absorb the world’s energy in the way you want. Get ignited or get burnt. Get a life or plea for one. Focus on the enormous reservoir of energy lying inside you or pass your life bitching about the achievements of others. We are born with five essential senses to know the world around us and nature has more than five senses to overpower us in the times of a head-on collision. Put faith in your abilities, identify the soul within and you can explore senses that defy ordinary capacities. Know the world from inside out and keep the methods simple. Start the celestial journey from the centrum of your soul and you shall never be defeated. Oh did I mention defeat, sorry, it’s a relative word too.

Frozen Frowns
They say that body mass decreases when a person dies due to flight of soul from the body. They say some theories have crawled to the point where this has been proved in the labs. What I want to ask, whether emotions (e.g. love, faith, anger etc) also have measurable weight? The abstractionism is mysterious, as it is not visible. The abstractionism has powers (you would agree, how else we can explain the evolution biggest of history changing events from a fit of faith, love, anger or other thoughts). My point is why the powerful has chosen to remain invisible?
Forgotten faith leads to forbidden fear. Fear is the recipe for disaster. In every disaster lies a potential escape. To hunt for the escape is meant for the intelligent intuition. Intuition is the offspring of belief, intelligent intuition eventually born by intelligent belief. What is an intelligent belief?
A needle is a needle when viewed from a certain angle. It can cause you optical illusion of a small dot, if seen from another angle. The perceived length of the needle depends on angle of viewing; for some viewers, it is shorter, for some, it is longer. Which angle are you viewing your life with? No matter how much potency and efficacy has been bestowed over your life, if your viewing angle is wrong, you will perceive it as a blemished dot that hardly exists.
They say before any unaccustomed happening that is going to affect us, our body’s senses react in aberrant way. And we don’t become aware of the same, until it happens. How strange? How do our body’s deepest senses know of the impending future? Are things pre-planned? What is the role of brain in our bodies then? Don’t you think that most of the sights are illusionary and most of the thoughts are misleading? What blindfolds us?

Death Is Dark (And Secrets Are Kept In Dark)
Death is the shell, death is the seed. Without death, birth is impossible. Bodies die and decompose; soul is ever youthful with indescribable wisdom, it changes bodies in accordance with the most mysterious laws of nature. A body is the virtual reality that is seen; a soul is the factual reality that is unseen. The laws of nature are locked with the bushel of convolution; and the key to open the locks of secrets has been rendered out-of-bounds for the ordinary minds. Death is metamorphosis; the transmutation of sable smoke into lustrous light.
My initial reaction was that of stupefying shock when I heard that Spiritual leader Sri Sathya Sai Baba passed away at the Sathya Sai super speciality hospital at Puttaparthi in Andhra Pradesh's Anantapur district today (24-04-2011). Though I was watching closely about his health affairs, the tiny flickers of hope refused to die down. But it happened. I felt all 5 phases of grief (Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance) in quick flashes (Denial, Depression and Acceptance predominantly). Why can’t our souls be allocated one body for the soul’s lifetime? Why do bodies have to wither and decay? Why don’t souls identify each other, as bodies do?
The life is a mirage; and death is the end of it. I believe death is the closest clue that nature has given us to decipher the inevitability of life. I am not sure whether the holy grail of life can be cracked by us, lesser mortals. The constancy of a thing reminds of its importance; and death is the only constant that we know. So if I assert that death is the most important thing in nature, would I be rendered wrong? And you would agree that the important thing is important because it has vital essence; it has some uncommon thing which is of extreme importance. So if the death is a prized phenomenon and not a conjectural occurrence, why don’t we take it as the biggest clue of nature’s super secret laws and study it? Death is dark and most of the secrets are kept in dark, which is human tendency. Does God also think like humans?

Top 10 Patient Queries
A lot of queries are raised by patients during their treatment process to their health care professionals. I am enlisting some common queries that I come across from my patients who are planned for surgical intervention.
1. Is it a major one or a minor one?
2. What is the cost of the procedure?
3. How much time will it take for the procedure to be done?
4. When would I be discharged?
5. Will I develop weakness after this operation?
6. Would you be video recording the procedure?
7. When can I start eating?
8. For how much time will I have to take rest after procedure?
9. Can this problem recur?
10. Do you offer discounts?
(Note: These queries are not necessarily in the same order of appearance)

The Convulsing Confusions
How many thoughts can wander in a human mind in a minute?
How are thoughts related to intuitions?
How are intuitions related to outcomes?
If a pleasure causes mental fatigue, is it worth it?
Which angle are you viewing your life with?
How do you allow trespassing of your mind? Is it controllable?
How does mind harbors miseries and pleasantries in isolated existence?
If the soul has a life, what constitutes it?
Why do we seek divine intervention when we are unhappy?
What is the basis of programmed release of undecipherable happenings in our lives?
Do Dreaming and Day Dreaming have a common basis? What controls the same?
What are divine sensations? How can those be achieved?
Does a thought carry measurable weight?
Light is the basis of life, energy is the basis of light, what is the basis of energy?
What is more logical, life or after-life?

Dark side of the DAY
Yesterday is unyielding. It leaves you in a lull, full of eerie emptiness. It stirs you and shreds you in slices. Yesterday is a shadow. Yesterday fails you. It is a vast void with a poignant poise, a recluse in disguise. Yesterday is apathetic. Yesterday is a transcendental torrent of the crushed conscience, beaten brain, deserted desires and sulked soul. Yesterday is a cocoon of crusading crossovers. Yesterday is insular. Yesterday is self-seeking. A zombie of burnt zest. A sinus of numbness.
Tomorrow is a travesty. A Masquerade. A marauding mirage. An itinerary of illusions. A school of hard knocks. Tomorrow is a blur. A whirlpool of random trajectories. Tomorrow is a ruse. A greedy gimmick. An anuclear orbit with zillions of particulates. A blatant brush with the bizarre and the barren. A roar of the unknown. A castle in the vacuum. A desolate delusion. A plethora of programmed pauses. A perplexed and arrhythmic perspective. A fake bystander.
Today adores you till you keep spiraling the hallucinating grooves of life. Today is beautiful. Today is the only constant besides death. Today is your soul mate. It is the flowerbed of your existential reality. Today is hydra-headed and argos-eyed. Celebrate the buoyancy of today. Today is you.
Take a Sabbath, its pink sunshine all over. Its today !!

Paranormal Poise
The food is more delicious when it is cooked with calm psyche and ample of interest.
It’s a fine morning, you wake up humming a long forgotten tune, and only to find that song is being telecasted in TV at the moment.
You remember an old pal and your phone sings (Its him/her).
Your computer system gets down, the moment some special person works on it. (And it happens everytime)
You feel someone’s presence nearby when you are physically alone in the house.
You feel an instant connection with a stranger and feel happy beyond boundaries.
Certain sights, though ordinary in their merits, remain embedded to your memory lifelong and you keep on forgetting the occurrences which are reasonably important.
Fits of laughter chose you over a PJ (Pun Joke).
The pets somehow smell the impending crisis and start behaving anxiously weird before you have a clue.
Serenity sweeps in the moment we enter a place of worship.
Your first instinct almost always is right, no matter how incongruous it seems at its appearance.
You remain hostile to some people though they tend to do their best to get into your skin.
You wake up very fresh on some oblivious days and wake up very tired on some very important days.
Do we chose the color of our clothes or do the colors chose us?
You make a mute wish for the person moving ahead of you to exchange a glance and he/she turns to make it happen.
You and your friend spurt similar phrase altogether, which was unrelated to your ongoing communication.
When you try to become aware of your breathing pattern, you tend to become breathless.

Medicine and Music, Malady and Melody...
It seems fascinating to fathom that a lot of artists have used medical jargons / themes / conditions in their compositions. And these songs have not been washed down the memories; even today young folks could be seen humming these immortal tunes. It can be attributed to the mystical nature of occurrence of human body, mind and things associated with them that such jargons have been used time and again. When Pink Floyd, the giants of rock, gave birth to ‘Take thy stethoscope and walk’, a lot of emotional pools were flooded. The fact that one of the best heard and looked after band used the phrase; it stirred a flurry of feelings and in no time a lot of songs started mentioning medical lingo.
Girl, you have no faith in medicines by The White Stripes, Spinal Meningitis by Ween, Brain Stew by Green Day, The Jack by AC/DC (This song is about a venereal disease - "The Jack" is Australian slang for Gonorrhea), Spasticus Autisticus by Ian Dury and The Blockheads, Why does it hurts when I pee by Frank Zappa created their share of ripples and the trend immortalizes. An ordinary person related any medical connection with a disease, in turn with doom, suffering and majority of such songs imitate acerbic feel. As medical professionals, most of us can better understand the psyche used behind creating these anthems and the hollow energy doesn’t suck us as much as it does an ordinary individual. Music permeates our daily lives. It graces our weddings and funerals, fills our elevators and waiting rooms, and accents the messages advertisers want us to hear. It can be incidental or inspirational, sensitive or severe, torrid or timid, hilarious or horrifying. Amid all this remarkable variation, the fundamental intent of the music in our lives never changes: music is communication, intended to carry a message and to influence our responses to that message. “Message-songs” have served as elements of successful, multimodal interventions, such as prenatal care promotion efforts in Mexico and water hygiene education programs in Bolivia. It would be fine if more songs are created with use of medical words & messages that have inspirational, thought provoking and hopeful vibrancy. Indian composers have by far restrained from using this genre and subliminal attempts remind us of twisted euphemism of malaria (remember lovearia??)
If you have heard the song ‘Speechless’, a nice song sung by Lady Gaga for her father with the hopes he'll be convinced to seek the medical treatment he needed
for his heart condition, you could truly feel the colossal power emanating from the ruthlessly rich energy and there are high chances you would start feeling extra-responsible for your loved ones. Lets not make music part of our lives, but lets make our life part of music and feel the divine rhythm with every playing note.
