Don't stop loving; it's the only true emotion.

Love is the pith of the universe; love is the mother of all the pleasures. Love is the only real clout. Love enlightens the darkest of the creeks in convoluted layers of our existential realities. I am sure most of us have experienced love, in its purest form, at one or the other time in our lives. Can you close your eyes and let the gush of those memories fill in your veins again? You would feel touched, elated, at loss of words and abundance of bliss. Love is splendiferous in bearing colossal healing powers. The thought of love is said to indie release of positive hormones from the body’s  reserve; what else proof one would ask for in establishing seraphic nature of love?

Christians believe that to Love God with all your heart, mind, and strength and Love your neighbor as yourself are the two most important things in life.

In Hebrew, love is known to be the central force that drives universe. Ahava is the most commonly used term for both interpersonal love and love between God and God's creations.

In Islam Amongst the 99 names of God (Allah), there is the name Al-Wadud, or "the Loving One," which is found in Surah.

God in Sufism is referred to in three main terms, which are the Lover, Loved, and Beloved, with the last of these terms being often seen in Sufi poetry.

In Hinduism, attaining pure, unconditional and incessant love for Godhead is considered the primordial goal of life.

Its tormenting to see that old age parents are being neglected, and often abused; what happened to the concept of parental love? Are we too busy to reminisce the time when we were toddlers and our parents worked hard to keep our bellies and beds warm? It is indeed extremely sad to see the case of female infanticides; even animals don’t behave such brutally. Justification of honor killing frightens me to death; legislations are not enough to curb the menace of conditions that arise due to loss of love; we must fall in love more often. When love seeps in our thought process, it starts manifesting its metamorphosing abilities, and life becomes beautiful.

10 tips to love your food

Eat when you feel like eating. When you start expecting your food, or missing your food is the best time to indulge in some soulful eating.

Take a deep breath before you start to eat. In the confines of your mind their lies a vast space that bears no boundaries. Thank the Lord, while the pith of your mind lies in this area, for enabling you to have your meals.

See the colors of your food. Colors are beautiful and our foods seldom get the appreciation for the colors they flaunt. Now let’s not be mean and visualize the beautiful, often vivid, colors of our foods before we start to eat.

Let the whiff of the succulent food enter your nostrils. A blend of different aromas can be such a mood-lifter. At this stage, you would be tempted to wolf down the first gulp.

Start eating slowly, like you are still learning to eat. This would give your taste buds enough time to appreciate the farrago of tastes, and a thorough mastication would keep your digestive system going great guns.

Imagine the processes that had been involved in making this food. The cultivation of daisy-fresh crops, the careful plucking of vegetables, the tender treatment in the kitchen, and finally the decoration with the herbs.

Imagine that the food being eaten is slowly being assimilated in your body’s systems. Feel the energies being released gradually; it’s the vital energy of life that you derive from your food.

Make sure to eat with a serene mind. Don’t indulge in negative emotions while eating.

You would best experience the food when you eat without speaking. Concentrating on the eating experience would make it feel even better.

Make it a point to eat till the time you still have some feelings for the food. If you tend to overeat, the feelings that you were experiencing moments ago will vapor away fast. So indulge in moderation.

The World is a Canvas; and I hold the Brush.

The darker days in our lives help us shedding away the myopic view of the world. One must be having a visionary stance on the finer nuances of life, so close to us yet so esoteric. I saw a new world when I was passing through the roughest patch of my life. Many a folks who used to frequent me like I have been their diurnal source of oxygen, vanished in oblivion. Many a folks started believing that I must have done some sins in my present life to have reaped the bad days which swallowed me those days. But I felt stronger because my family and my close-knit friends, who had knew every inch of my life, provided me rock-solid support.

The reticulum of intuitions came into play and all of us were connected even when we were at far ahead distances and chose to remain mute at our respective places. Such is the power of faith and belief, when you start experiencing it, you start seeing the world from an entirely different perspective. And this is what the real call of life is. I don’t think we are born just to earn, eat, make merry, shed tears, sleep and then die in isolation one fine morning. Life is meant for something bigger, something of a grandeur measure. It’s a journey to refine one’s soul and to escalate it to higher echelons of spiritual plane. God lies in methods and our methods must be godly. The fabric, its threads and its patches are all important for the essence of a cloth; in the similar spree, life, along with its limitations, unsolved quests and riddles and confusing questions are all important for the essence of a soul's journey through the mortal world.

Eat, Pray and Love.

Eat. Know what to eat. Discover the perfect way to eat. Relish the experience of eating. Eat with friends. Eat with family. Eat in the setting that evokes your soul. Eat to enjoy. Eat to stay healthy. Eat to celebrate. Eat to stay powerful, physical and emotionally. Eat to learn about the cultures and diversities. Eat to know the secret spices of nature. Eat to give life. Eat to sanitize your body systems.

Pray. Pray with closed eyes. Pray with open eyes. Pray with expectations. Pray to learn and find. Pray to seek answers. Pray to ask questions. Pray to experience the darkness. Pray to see the light. Pray to find the God. Pray to identify the soul within. Pray to supercharge your emotional identity. Pray to galvanize your energy fields. Pray to gain spiritual ammunition. Pray to provide answers.

Love. Love unconditionally. Love like there is no tomorrow. Love the imperfections. Love the faults. Love the less blessed. Love your friends. Love your enemies. Love your desires. Love your ambitions. Love the unsaid commitments. Love the turbulence. Love the tranquility. Love the obstacles. Love the velocity. Love your body. Love your soul. Love complications. Love simplicities. Love, for there is no other way, that is going to stay.

Walk with a dash.

The planets move in their orbits, the sub-atoms move in their orbits. Mass is crowded form of coalesce energy and energy is movable in nature, hence mass moves. It is made to move. If movement does not happen, the law of nature is defied.

The water moves in rivulets and streams. It flows hence it exists, stagnant water catches germs and self-putrefies.

Winds move penetrating the array of nothingness and infuse life in nature.

Clouds move in swarms, generate electric fields and burst into the entrancing raindrops, the nectar of life.

Time, the metaphor of tremendous perplexity, moves ahead by virtue of its existence. No one can imagine the consequences if time freezes.

Thoughts move with electrifying speed. They defy the dogmas of velocity and little experimentation has been done to craft the scientific cause for the velocity that thoughts ride with.

Plants move. What if their roots are stuck to heap of mud; little can be done to limit their axial movement upwards, posing a vivid smile to the sun as they grow.

Climates move. They come and they go and they remain in perspective.

Blood, the fluid of life, moves. And with stirring speed. And if it does not move, life fails the body, almost immediately.

Sperm moves as the ovum. The beginning of life is subjected to optimum movement by these progenies of zygote.

The blueprint of life, DNA moves (heard of jumping genes?)

We move because we are clouded aggregation of energy particles. As Einstein proved, energy and mass are inter convertibles. Energy is movable by virtue of its nature. If it doesn’t have potential or kinetic energy, it is not energy. So let's move, with a palpable dash.

Berserk Beauty

Do you have to sluice the cerebral fluid to know what is beautiful in its appearance and what is not? I am sure, not. Your senses know the difference between sensuous and boring, pleasant and unappealing; within microseconds the image forms in your retina and perceived by your subconscious (what is superconscious?). How our mind does appreciate the difference of pleasant and unpleasant sights? Does it have to do with acquired knowledge or compulsory gimmick of genetic assortment? Have you ever wondered over the fact that a person is called beautiful and the other, ugly even while both of them are blessed with largely similar facial attributes? Difference lies in minimal disparity in the shape of smile, size of eyes, and pattern of hair, which is blessed with birth and only the creator knows the cause of blessing the variations. Ok, we have different attributes but why our mind perceives someone with a broad nose to be ugly, someone with a low forehead less appealing, someone with less luminous skin as unlikable? Why not the other way round?

The deviation of a smile can spell a doom if gone the wrong way, but why? Why rough skin is repulsive and lustrous skin is captivating? Are our brains fitted with the some mystic and unyielding encrypted equations that force us to accept something to be beautiful if it matches certain standards, which are predefined (that is by birth, or may be beyond that) and not in our control?

Why hadn’t the creator made our brains to react indifferently to everybody with regards to physical attributes? Why do we have to categorize people and things into beautiful, average and ugly? We, as humans, vociferously advocate the law of equality for mankind, but what notions were taken into account by the creator when the souls were being enveloped by bodies? What do you think of this draconian yet divine law that forms the basis of obstinate inequality? When some of us hold the broad vision of not being judgmental and biased by the external aspects of the people and things, do we behave in ungodly way? Or by doing this we challenge the restrictions sewn in our genes and let our spirit fights off the innate impunity, for which we are not responsible? What can clean the Augean stables that harbor the jungle of our chromosomes?

A feast of facts you will love

The longest word is English language is pneumonoultramiscroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis - an inflammatory lung disease caused by the inhalation of fine silica dust

- I could not get the inventor’s name. If anybody gets it, please pass it to me. I hope medical textbook publishers are not reading this or else the inventor will have to bear the bully of lacs of medical students for the punishment of memorizing the tongue twister

The average human eyelash lives about 150 days

- Thank God, we are spared from keeping a mini comb. The fine senses prevailed in the nature. Prejudice for humans is so obvious.

Dentists have recommended that a toothbrush be kept at least 6 feet away from a toilet to avoid airborne particles resulting from the flush

- Well, bless the newly developing cramped housing societies. What choice do they have to comfortably indulge in? Using the flush or brushing their teeth?

The air released from a sneeze can exceed the speed of 100 mph

- Its fascinating to know that our very tender laryngo-pharyngeal musculature is capable of achieving such a feat. Think what can be done if our biceps and latissimus dorsi get to know this.

Women blink nearly twice as much as men

- Well there has to be a scientific explanation about that, or a sociological one. Have a clue? Please share.

In a public bathroom, the stall which is closest to the door is usually the cleanest, because it's the least used.

- The obvious enemy is better than the occult friend.

You burn more calories sleeping than you do watching television

- I was sure of this, as our mind is in highly turbulent stage while sleeping (refer to my blog titled ‘Where is the remote control’)

Synesthesia is a rare condition where the human senses are combined. Synesthetes can 'see' words, 'taste' colours and shapes, and 'feel' flavours.

- If this rare medical condition can be artificially induced, there will be a flurry of aspirants, I am sure. And their next query would be ' What are the other combos available doctor'.

An average person will spend two weeks of their life kissing

- Hmmm…

Where is the remote control?

Why are we destined to experience the sights and sounds every night that we haven’t called for? Why do we dream? Don’t you think that dreams occur involuntarily but compulsively, who or what controls the nature of this obvious occurrence? Are the dreams just an outburst of suppressed subconscious or do they represent the designed deliverance of planned but occult messages?

What I believe as a doctor is that every phenomenon associated with body has a special goal, if pupils don’t work we can't appreciate the light, if heart doesn’t pumps our organs would stop working due to lack of oxygen. The body is crafted by a super brain and every cell is destined for some special but vital function. So it would be a little bizarre if we yet again jettison the occurrence of dreams as something without purpose. Enough of imprudent heedlessness. Moreover since about one third of our life is taken away by some forces in making us see sights that we don’t have a control over and the nature of which ranges from subliminal to horrendous, I guess this phenomenon must have an imperative role in our lives. Who controls them and with what purpose? Are we being given some clues every night? How else can one explain the immense infiltration of our minds with sights and feelings carrying the assailant force? Where lays the remote control that decides & shows us sights of its choice? Had the scope of this role be more evident, who knows what kind of power is waiting to exalt our mind & body.

Some hidden but very powerful message, must be of essentially vital role (evident by the quanta of time it swallows up in our lives) is waiting to be decoded. As it is known it took a lot of time and resources to understand the basics, spectrum & applicability of genome (300 billion base pair combinations and a single mismatch has a sense, bless the innovative precision of the super creator) and now we can relate how big a role it can play in controlling an ocean of fundamentally fatal and debilitating medical conditions. Why not its due share of importance is is being given to fathom the original source of sights that are caught by our neuronal radars and give our sensory system a superfluous hullabaloo.

What does this regular emotional tumult aims at? Can we control our dreams? Why in spite of all the cerebral somersault that we necessarily indulge in for a good 60-70 years of our lives, we are told that we use only 10% of our brain. What is the role of rest 90% isn’t the figure too large. Why aren’t the efforts being done to decipher the equations occurring every night in the lives of more than 6 billions of us? What accounts for maximum entropy in our minds at the time when it is least in the body? Why our subconscious roars and experiences turbulent flow of unbridled energy, when we are supposedly resting? Why are we chosen?

Is the change brought by us or does the change chooses us? Why do we live and why do we die? Why is death only constant of life? Why do we don’t know the rules that change the game of our lives every now and then? Why are we programmed for such existence?
